Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional project management skills while diving into the exciting realm of EdTech. You’ll oversee and manage EdTech domain projects within the largest company account, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations. As a Presale Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance during the presales process. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where adaptability and agility are highly valued.
Your Responsibilities at Aristek Systems:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within available resources to the client’s satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our talented developers, designers, and QA specialists to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, team’s performance, identify risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise during project execution.
- Engage and communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables, while fostering strong relationships.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
- Maintenance of reports and required project documentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, specifically within the EdTech domain, and apply relevant knowledge to project management processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Lead and manage the presales process, including solution scoping, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and presentations.
- Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to provide effective presale solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years experience in managing IT projects, specifically in outsource development projects, highlighting your ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- 1+ year experience in presale managing of IT projects.
- Solid understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices and the model of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Will be a plus.
- Ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus or compromising quality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, empowering you to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, enabling you to navigate complex project environments and address challenges head-on.
- Understanding of the EdTech domain and technical part of software development projects will be a big plus.
- Level of spoken English – Upper-Intermediate or above.
